The model SurePath PPA is not a legally binding contract and shall not guide the interpretation of any contract entered into by Tioga.
By accessing this model SurePath PPA and the annotations, summaries and explanations contained here, each user acknowledges and agrees that:
- it is responsible for understanding in its entirety any agreement (including all exhibits thereto) entered into between the user and Tioga;
- it will enter into any agreement with Tioga based on its review of the entire agreement and the advice of its counsel and other advisors;
- the annotations, summaries and explanations provided herein do not in any way modify or substitute for any provisions in any agreement between it and Tioga;
- Tioga makes no representation or warranty whatsoever about the accuracy, adequacy, suitability or completeness of the information contained in the model SurePath PPA and related materials and expressly disclaims liability for any errors or omissions therein;
- Tioga is not responsible for any user’s use of the model SurePath PPA and related materials; and
- Tioga may change the terms of the model SurePath PPA without notice to or consent of any user.
